All About Travel & Tours and Ms. Betty (Barbie) Mishoe deserve congratulations for organizing an amazing 3-day land cruise, with the only thing missing being the boat’s rocking—though the Spanish Galleon was rocking from Thursday through late Saturday night. Too Much Sylvia, a true party band, brought endless smiles and an incredible playlist on Saturday night, keeping the dance floor packed non-stop. Special thanks to DJs Pat Patterson, Ray Scott, and the ever-popular Johnny B for keeping the music pumping and the laughter flowing. The North Myrtle Beach Woman’s Club hosted “What a Difference a Mile Makes” at the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex. Thanks to everyone who braved the rain to support this worthy cause. ODMafia DJ Dan Summitt was grateful to play a small part as DJ and Emcee. North Myrtle Beach is lucky to have such a strong organization like the North Myrtle Beach Woman’s Club, bringing awareness and action to our community.

Another great night as we boarded the Spanish Galleon for All About Travels Making Waves Land Cruise featuring none other than Craig Woolard and the Embers. It is obvious that Craig enjoys his craft like no other. Perhaps that is one of the reasons he has such loyal fans. Count the shells on the beach and you will have an idea how many CBMA Male Vocalist Awards this man has won and for good reason. He is simply the best. 
I couldn’t help but laugh when I typed the title “94.9 The Surf DJ Jim Quick.” Jim is far more than just a DJ—he’s an exceptional entertainer. Whether singing or storytelling, he captivates audiences like no one else. Who else has invented their own genre? Jim’s swamp soul is uniquely his and Coastline’s. And when he spins a tale, the wilder it sounds, the more truth it holds. I had a blast at the early afternoon Tiki Bar with Jim—always a good time.

The delightfully dangerous duo of Deb Browning and Marlisa Kay Small provided the entertainment at the ever-popular picturesque Patio’s Tike Bar & Grill for their annual Bras Across Patios. We expected the NMB Fire Marshal anytime as Marsha Morgan and the Marsha Morgan Band turned up the heat. Marsha rocked Deckerz wall to wall as only she can. Once again, Deckerz has brought premiere entertainment to their venue.
