It was a rocking night at Duck’s Beach and Night Club as Ricky T entertained a large crowd on the sidewalk outside of Duck’s.  Whenever Ricky T is playing you’re assured a night of great fun and entertainment.  Team Drink!

Atlantic Groove kicked things off inside and kept the dance floor packed.  Super song selections and unbelievably talented musicians combined for a night of good times, good music, and a great way to spend Saturday evening.

Large Turnout for Donnie Trexler

It was a great day at Fat Harold’s as numerous artists and djs showed up for the Donnie Trexler benefit.  Trying to list them all would be futile, I might unintentionally leave someone out.

Jim Quick was at his finest as he performed and shared the stage with some great talent.  I am always amazed at how well these guys perform together.  You would think that Earl Dawkins of the Entertainers sang regularly with Coastline.  It’s unbelievable the talent we have in the Carolinas.

Another performer I must mention is Christina Cooper Black.  Just into her performance of Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You” the music stopped due to technical issues.  Not hesitating, Christina continued the song a cappella in grand style and fashion.  She did a beautiful rendition of the Houston classic.  The absence of music allowed the audience to be fully aware of the beauty and power of her voice.  Their appreciation of her talent was reflected in the large ovation she received.  Our very own Miss American Pie will surely remember where she was the night the music died.

Tommy Black Triple Threat

ODMafia at The Beach Sports Bar and Grill

Tommy Black Band featuring Christina Cooper Black crossed the big bridge to play at The Beach Sports Bar and Grill, 1521 Hwy.17  in Little River, SC. The Band put on an entertaining show at one of the newest venues at the beach.    The appreciative crowd filled the dance floor.   It was a night of fun, laughter, good food and great music.

Be sure to check out “The Beach” Facebook Page.  “Like” it to stay informed of their happenings.  Also check their menu.  The food is great and their beer is the coldest.

Carolina Soul Band Draws the Largest Crowd of this Thursday Night Event. ODMafia taking pics.

Hey, The Carolina Soul Band was the featured performer tonight at the Music on Main, Free Summer Concert brought to you by First Federal and the OD Pavilion.  The Parks and Recreation Department does a great job of coordinating the event and H. Lee works hard to get the very best entertainment possible.  He certainly was successful with the Carolina Soul Band.  I think we may see them a little more often at venues in North Myrtle Beach.

We had a great time as everyone came out for the fun and entertainment and the opportunity to help a couple that’s close to all of us.  Alan Lusk, Wave Entertainment kept the music playing on the inside while ODMafia’s Dan Summitt played outside at Deckerz Bar and Grill.  The poker run hosted by Deckerz was a lot of fun.  Thanks to the Clubhouse, ODArcade, and Boardwalk Billy’s for participating.  We have photos up from all locations.

The Dunking Booth was quite successful.  Gary Lowder, Heath Brown, Glenn Strange, Crystal Quick, Thor, Jennifer Tucker, Nay Nay Brown, Cindy Tilley, Dan Summitt, Little John Thompson and Debbie Nichols among others were dunked.

Deckerz would like to thank everyone that participated.  Over $4000 was raised for Betty.

ODMafia at HOTO’s, Deckerz, Duck’s Night Club

Locked and Loaded in North Myrtle Beach

The clouds threatened but the rain held off and had no affect on the crowd as they packed the ocean-front deck at Harold’s on the Ocean to hear the Mark Roberts Band.  Mark and the guys held nothing back and put on a great performance.

Ray Scott, on-line DJ of Your Beach Music.com (www.yourbeachmusic.com) broadcast their performance on line for those that couldn’t make it to North Myrtle Beach.  Be sure to listen in to their programming to see who and where the next simulcast    will be aired.

It’s a “Party on Main Street Tonight” From HOTO’s we returned to Main Street and one of ODMafia’s favorite places, Deckerz Bar and Grill.  Their Cornhole Tournament was in full swing and Ricky T was turning out the tunes and leading the “Team Drink” cheer.  It was a great way to spend a few hours before moving down main. be aired.

as the Holiday Band returns to Duck’s Night Club.  This was certainly a night of fun and great music.  These guys know how to entertain a crowd.  The Holiday Band is certainly an ODMafia favorite.

The Marsha Morgan Band stormed into Sunset Beach and wowed all those that came to see the show.  No one was disappointed.  Marsha Morgan’s unique brand of Beach Rock was well received by everyone.  It’s like beach music on Red Bull when Marsha takes the stage.
