Last night while enjoying Deb Browning and Marlisa’s performance we were discussing Patio’s “Bras Across Patios” event scheduled for October 7th.  Pam McClure reminded us all of another event.  This are those photos.  For Mature Audiences (lol)

It was a warm day but a cool breeze was blowing at Patio’s.  Deb Browning and Marlisa (both multiple Carolina Beach Music Award nominees) had those heavenly harmonies working.  A large Monday night crowd was in attendance and all could be singing along, tapping their feet and having a great time.  Kimmie, the tangerine (sic) player was the hit of the evening.  Marlisa brought everyone to their feet with her rendition of “God Bless the USA”,  Lee Greenwood, take a seat!  This delightfully dangerous duo has it going on.

It was a super evening at the VFW Post 10804.  Deborah Hartleroad and all the volunteers presented a great fundraiser and dinner to raise money to assist military families.  To top the evening off the lovely, super talented, and rising star nominee Marlisa Small provided the entertainment.  It was obvious from the very start that the large crowd loved her as much as the rest of us do.  And as Marlisa frequently does, her fee and tips were donated back to the VFW.  Gotta love this girl.

One of the highlights of my DJ career (and thanks to you guys they were many) was emceeing, opening and playing during the breaks of some of my favorite performers.  One of my favorites was BILLY SCOTT.  Billy could light up a venue like no other.  He could entertain by his presence.  I had the privilege of working with Billy on several occasions. Our lovely Melissa was out and about Friday passing out smiles and sunshine.  No one does it better.  Melissa’s first stop was at Deckerz for the Riptide Radio Deck Party featuring DJ Ray Scott ..  Then on to Duck’s for one of O.D. Mafia’s favorite’s Jeff James (OK, I’m a country fan).  I recognized some of our own local stars at both locations.  Thanks, Melissa.

Time Traveling Again with Marty McFly.  Todays journey takes us back to November of 2010.  The place is Boom Boom’s Raw Bar (yes, I know we travel back to Boom Boom’s a lot).  One of the greatest bands, made up of some of the greatest musicians (three are presently working professionally with big name bands in Nashville).  The personality of this band has yet to be matched by anyone.  Enjoy photos of The Craig Woolard Band!!!   Photos can be found by following this link.

The Tonez stormed Duck’s Night Life with their unique sound and their great playlist.  Our very own Melissa Hinson added to the fun by showing up with an energy of her own..  She gives a lot of smiles and sunshine away but never runs out, Her photos can be found by following the link below.

It was a great night at Goodfella’s.  Not only is the entertainment great at Goodfellas, the food is outstanding.  And tonight the entertainment was Marsha Morgan and she did her typically outstanding job.  It was sure great to see her back.

ODMafia was there in force with both Melissa and Dan.  This duo is like Chanel #5 and Ben Gay and Vicks, but somehow it worked and great photos were taken.

It’s a fun Friday and ODMafia Freelance Photographer, Ms Sunshine and Lollipops Melissa Hinson was out and about spreading sunshine and smiles.  Melissa visited HOTO’s where 94.9 the Surf DJ Cole Coggins was doing his thing.  When you’re this close to the beach on Friday a quick visit to Surf Central is a must and then on to Deckerz for the Riptide Radio Live Broadcast.  Melissa snapped great photos along the way.  Be sure to check them out at:

Parks and Recreation must be channeling Fat Harold when they booked these bands.  Last week Too Much Sylvia, this week the Embers ft. Craig Woolard, and next week the Band of Oz.  Wow., as you can see by the photos the Embers filled the horse show with fun and music that seems to follow Craig where ever he goes.  Super-Great Show Craig. Marty McFly and I decided to take the DeLorean out for a spin ended up back at Boom Boom’s.  The date was July 21 st, Mark Roberts Band was there along with no other than ODMafia DJ Dan Summitt.  This was another epic party that could only happen at Boom Boom’s.  Photos of all the excitement can be found by following the link below.

Another Thursday and North Myrtle Beach Parks and Recreation did it again.  They brought in undoubtedly one of the hottest bands in the southeast.  Too Much Sylvia is an OD Mafia favorite which always brings fun, excitement and tons of talent to ever one of their events.  Last night was certainly not a disappointment.  These guys lit it up (brighter than the lightning which encouraged us to leave a little early.  These guys will be back at Deckerz on Sunday.  Don’t miss them.

WOW!  What away to end the week.  The dangerously delightful duo of Deb Browning and Marlisa Small at one of ODMafia’s favorite restaurants, Buoys On The Boulevard.  (You have to try their Shaggin’ Shrimp).  While our favorite female duo were delivering harmonies from heaven, our country crooner, Jeff James was bringing the country to Deckerz Bar & Grill.  Deckerz, another ODMafia fav and one of ODMafia’s past DJ locations (love the locals).  While our local stars were shining bright, ODMafia’s very own star, Melissa Hinson was not only capturing capturing smiles and memories, she was bringing sunshine to the dark of night.  Way to go Melissa.  Great Photos.
