Wave Entertainment’s DJ Alan Lusk handled the DJ and karaoke duties Thursday night and kept the place jumping. It was also Lisa Chapman’s birthday. Happy Birthday Lisa!!! As the photos show, I think she had a great party.

Don Hamrick, drummer with the Rick Strickland Band has moved from Rock Hill, SC to North Myrtle Beach.
Don will open his Drum Center in time for Spring SOS so plan on stopping by and wishing him luck with his new endeavor.
The Don Hamrick’s Drum Center will of course specialize in drums but will also stock guitar strings, straps, and other musical accessories. Don will also be giving drum lessons. ODMafia is considering signing up.
ODMafia wants to be one of the first to welcome Don and his wife.Mary Jo to North Myrtle Beach.

Duck’s Beach Club has become the Myrtle Beach home for Hip Pocket. Most venues would not book a band consecutive nights. David Shaw’s confidence in the boys of the beach once again paid off as Duck’s Beach and Night Club was packed with fun and excitement.

This was without doubt the best Extravaganza ever!

As always, the Holiday Band had the dance floor full and the place rocking. This is one of the most versatile groups at the beach. The Holiday Band could sing the Yellow Pages and fill the dance floor with dancers. Truly a great band.
Making the evening better, Paul Craver was masterful in the DJ booth. Paul has a 6th sense when it comes to playing the music everyone wants to hear. Paul packs a party where ever he goes!

Sunday, February 17th it’s a Beach Music Event that will rival any event this year. Fat Harold’s Beach Club is the location for Beach Music Extravaganza. This is an all day, non-stop party. One DJ could not host this event so the Fat Man got three of the best; Ray Scott, Joey Warren and Gary Bass will share the duties. The doors open at 12:30 so come early and stay late. Admission only $10.00. Donations are tax-deductible with net proceeds to benefit the Hall of Fame Foundation. Silent auction and half and half tickets available.
This is a party that only Mr. Fat Harold could put together. Don’t let the weather keep you away. Fat Harold’s is never cold and always “cool”. Don’t be left out.
Last years “Extravaganza” was wild. I saw things I thought I would never see!
I hear from reliable sources that a finale is planned like no other, ever! You don’t want to miss it.
