Holiday Band Hullabaloo

It was a great time at Duck’s Beach Club as the boys from Burlington took charge.in grand style.  It was a night of old and new as the Holiday Band performed beach classics and tuned destined to be beach classics.

The Holiday Band always put on a great show.  You know when you go that the band will perform at 100%.  They did not disappoint last night.  The dance floor was packed as well as the area in front of the stage.  This band has a great following of “Holiday Honies”!

Jason Justice manned the DJ booth masterfully.  As always at Duck’s Beach Club the drinks are cold and the entertainment is great.

It was a great Sunday as the Saint Patrick’s Day Celebration continued at Deckerz.  Kicking off the afternoon was their weekly cornhole tournament.  Dan started DJ’ing on the deck at 4 PM but soon moved inside where the party continued until 11 PM.

Thanks to all that came out for the party, particularly the Dancing Deckerz Divas.  It was a great night for fun.

Danny Woods Tribute and Benefit

Little John done good and ODMafia was there to photograph it!  The benefit for Danny Woods has to be categorized as a success.  $14,000 plus was raised for Danny.

We’re cautious to name the talent that was at Thirsty’s 2.  With the number of performers we’re apt to miss one and we certainly wouldn’t want to leave any of these great entertainers out.  Needless to say, this was a who’s who of beach music.

It was obvious Danny had a great time.  Despite the hardships he has endured, his voice remains as enchanting and powerful as ever.

The event went off without a hitch (Little John might argue that, but if there were hiccups, no one noticed).

This was a great event and all involved should be congratulated.

Wave Entertainment’s DJ Alan Lusk handled the DJ and karaoke duties Thursday night and kept the place jumping.  It was also Lisa Chapman’s birthday.  Happy Birthday Lisa!!! As the photos show, I think she had a great party.

ODMafia DJ Dan Summitt was there Friday playing Beach, Country, and Motown hits.  Dan and Tim Smith was there to take the pictures.  The beer was cold and the music was good and the friends were plentiful.
