The CBMA Award winning Rivermist rocked Mid-Winter SOS at the legendary Fat Harold’s Beach Club. O.D. Mafia’s accomplished Ms Sunshine and Summertime, Melissa Hinson was there to capture the magical moments.
The Super-Talented Fun-Loving Sylvia Johns Ritchie introduced her soon to be hit single “No Place Like New Orleans” to her throngs of supporters at the Riptide Radio Friday Deck Party featuring the world renown DJ Ray Scott at the multiple award winning Deckerz Bar & Grill. The OD Mafia’s infamous photographer Dan Summitt was there to capture the fun and excitement of this historic happening to film.
Despite the 53-degree water and brisk ocean breeze, the Polar Plunge faithful eagerly took the plunge to support the North Myrtle Beach Humane Society, cheered on by a huge crowd. Over eleven thousand dollars was raised for the cause—way to go! The charming and vivacious Melissa Hinson was there to freeze the antics to film.
The ever-popular King of North Myrtle Beach, Jim Quick was at the legendary Fat Harold’s Beach Club to kick off the 2026 Midwinter SOS Celebration and there to document the shenanigans of Jim Quick & Coastline was the princess of O.D. Mafia, Melissa Hinson.
Great night as the Dynamic Duo, Gary Lowder & Smokin’ Hot, both CBMA winners, entertained at the newest entertainment venue at North Myrtle Beach, Castaway Keys. This restaurant/bar has quickly become a favorite of locals. Meissa Hinson was there for pics.
Local on the Water welcomed Too Much Sylvia to their stage and the premiere party band didn’t disappoint. One of the hottest bands on the circuit entertained their large following of friends and supporters. The beautiful and super-talented Melissa Hinson was there to capture the fun to film.
The multi–Carolina Beach Music award-winning Deckerz Bar & Grill was decked out for 2026 and ODMafia DJ Dan Summitt was there to spend the tunes. A big shout out to all the locals and visitors that attended the very, very last performance by DJ Dan Summitt. Also, we would like to thank those that was present at his very last performance and his last performance. Stay tuned for the date of his very, very, very last performance. I was honored to attend a wonderful Christmas luncheon provided by Deckerz Bar & Grill, hosted by Angela Thomas and Tommy Brown, to bring some Christmas cheer and fun to local teens in crisis. These young people are currently in the care of Sea Haven for Youth in Little River and were treated to a delicious lunch, many desserts, music bingo fun by Crazy Bear Entertainment, as well as awesome gifts and gift cards donated by our own community here in NMB!! Pictured here are several wonderful counselors at Sea Haven, some of the donors who came to wish the kids a Merry Christmas, and some of the food, gifts, and fun!!
Friday was rocking as Riptide Radio DJ Scott was playing the very best in Beach Music. The celebration on Friday is amazing, but this Friday was over the top as the beautiful and loved by all, Eileen Henriksen celebrated her birthday. Later in the day, Robin made her way to Goodfellas where NMB’s favorite twins, Gary Rash and Terry Rash, were to be treated to a surprise party to celebrate their 70th birthday!! Many familiar faces were in attendance, and the party was a smash hit! Unfortunately, Gary was ill and unable to make it in person. We hope he is feeling much better and wish him well! Happy 70th Birthday, Terry and Gary!! O.D. Mafia loves ya both!!!

“I hit the beach yesterday where what to my wondering eyes should appear but Santa and Mrs. Claus along with the Grinch and his little dog Max!! The North Myrtle Beach rescue team brought out the new amphibious rescue boat to give Santa and Mrs. Claus a sweet ride along Ocean Drive Beach!! The Grinch and Max rode on a bright green jet ski, pulled by the NMB Rescue Truck 88!! It was a gorgeous day and many beachgoers were treated to this wonderous sight as the parade made its way southward!”
