Not only is our Robin the first sign of Spring, but She also rocks the Summer. She certainly was on her game today. Robin’s talent is only matched by her exceedingly good lucks and her vivacious personality, and it is certainly evident in the photos that she captured today of the multiple (more than I can count) Carolina Beach Music Award recipients, Too Much Sylvia. Rick, Steve, Eddy, and Don put on a show. This is a party band it the true sense.
It’s Independence Day and O.D. Mafia’s Ms. Sunshine and Smiles unleashed her talents to capture all the fun of the Fourth. Starting at Deckerz with the amazing Castaways featuring the ever-popular Karen Clayton with her alluring and captivating smile, then on to Duck’s for a rockin’ country good time with Thomas Roads.
What a treat, Tim Sidden and Dustin York at Deckerz Bar & Grill joined by several special guests. The lovely and talented Ms. Melissa Hinson was there to capture the special moments.

It’s always a good time at Murphy’s On The Ocean and even more so when the MacDaddy Band takes the stage and today was even more special. The Mac Daddy Band was accompanied by an O.D. Mafia favorite, the beautiful and talented Deb Browning. And speaking of beautiful, O.D. Mafia’s Ms Sunshine and Sparkles, Melissa Hinson was there to capture the fun and excitement of the evening.

Yesterday was a very well attended and beautiful Celebration of Life in memory of Brent Woody Hall, held by his wife Pat Hall and daughter McNeil Hall O’Quinn at Goodfellas on 2nd Ave. As always, Annie served up delicious hors d’oeuvres. The NC Wolfpack-themed celebration had the theme of “No Tears, Just Beers” as Brent would have wanted. Brent’s mom and brothers, along with their families, were in attendance.

It was a gorgeous afternoon and O.D. Mafia’s equally gorgeous Robin Cloud was out and about. First at Patio’s for a benefit to raise money for Nathan Andrews. Then a quick ride in the Jeep to La Belle Amie for White Wing Dove. Robin always takes great pics and these are no exception.

Like a breath of Spring after a cold winter, a welcomed Robin appeared. Only it was our very own Robin Cloud bringing sunshine, laughter and a lot of smiles to O.D. Mafia. We are certainly proud to have her on our team.. Robin was a part of the Jeep Night Beach Party at Goodfellas on 2nd Ave. and it certainly was a huge success. Justin and Annie has strived to make Goodfellas the place to go for good food, cold beverages, and a truck load of fun. Check out the pics.
Friday finally arrived and the Party we’ve been not so patiently waiting for is hours away. Our very own Ms Sunshine and Smiles, Melissa Hinson has been working on this for months and the big day is finally here. Melissa’s son, Bennett graduated from Coastal Carolina University, making the Dean’s List for all four years. Wow! A great accomplishment that takes much more than intelligence. You must have purpose, heart, and pride. And of course a boat load of smarts help and Bennett has it all. We are awaiting to see what the future holds for this young man that has become a friend to so many here at the Beach.

The Memorial Day Celebration scheduled at Coconuts was canceled. The party was moved to the O.D. Pavilion. Lucky for us, Ms. Sunshine, Smiles, & Summertime was there to capture the memories.
VFW Post 10804 and American Legion Post 186 combined efforts to present a somber, respectful, and heartfelt Memorial Day ceremony at the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex. Commander Bob Sedelow did a commendable job leading the remembrance. A special shout out to Marlisa Kay Small for her prideful, professional, and very moving rendition of the Star Spangled Banner and America the Beautiful. Post 10804 Auxiliary hosted lunch afterwards.
The most happening place to be the 24th was Jay’s Annual Backyard Not My Birthday Party. A huge crowd was there to celebrate with Jay including O.D. Mafia’s very own beautiful and talented photographer, Robin Cloud.
